What to expect:

I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to ensure I can meet your needs. 

I will then visit you at home to complete an assessment and discuss any recommendations. Your assessment and treatment plan will be outlined in a report for you. 

We will agree the frequency and number of follow up appointments based on your needs.
